RETURN POLICY

THE SHIPPING FEE OF RETURN

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package.
Step 3:
a) Refund shall be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer may take 1 to 2 weeks to process the bank’s refund.
b) The new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.
RETURN PROCESS
Please place the item securely in its original packaging and seal the parcel securely.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
