1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item (Delivery Date) to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
3. Return Reasons & Fees
A. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately. In this case:
We will provide a full refund or a free replacement.
We will cover all return shipping costs (a prepaid return label will be provided).
B. Customer Personal Preference (Remorse Returns)
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Option 1 (Self-Ship): You may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Option 2 (Pre-paid Label): For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label. A flat fee of $20 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover this cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your return without contacting us first.
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@cozyeazy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval: We will review your request within 1 business day and send you the return instructions and address.
Ship: Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to the address provided.
5. Refund Policy
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 1-2 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please contact us.
If the exchange is due to our error, it will be processed free of charge.
If the exchange is due to a personal preference, you may need to cover the return shipping cost, but we will not charge a restocking fee for the new item.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: If you contact us before the order has been shipped (usually within 12-24 hours), we can cancel it for a full refund.
After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow the standard return process.
