Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following criteria:

Return Period: All items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Item Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging.

Prior Contact: You must contact our customer service team before shipping out the return package.
Return Shipping Fee
We cover the cost: We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Return Process (3 Steps)
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Please email our customer service representative at support@cozyeazy.com to request a Return/Exchange Form.

Package and Ship: Securely place the item in its original packaging. Follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange Form precisely for packing and mailing the return package.

Important Note: Please wait for us to instruct you on which warehouse address to use for the return (this depends on your location). Do not send the package before contacting us.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to mail your return for confirmation of receipt.

Processing and Confirmation: Once we receive and confirm that the return package meets all conditions, we will immediately begin processing your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing Time
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Processing Cycle: Please allow at least seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange.

Refund Payout: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchange Procedure
The new package will be shipped out immediately once we receive and confirm that your return package meets the return conditions.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
We aim to process and ship out all orders very quickly, normally within 24 hours.

Once your package has been shipped out, we cannot cancel your order and issue a refund.

If your order has been shipped, you may return the package after receiving it, following the standard return process outlined above.
