Free Shipping & Delivery Times

We’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders! Please see the table below for estimated delivery times:

  • Custom Lighting: May take up to 1 week to produce.

  • Large Shipments: May require 3–4 weeks for delivery. Please be patient, we will keep a close eye on your order and update you throughout the process.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM GMT-8 (Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles).

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & holidays).


Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or your account dashboard. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

We typically ship using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on weight and location. Fabric swatches are sent via USPS.


30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to cancel or modify an address.

If your order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either reship it to the correct address or issue a full refund.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, rest assured we are working hard to minimize the impact and will keep you informed.

Our Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within 14 business days after dispatch, or significantly later than expected, we will fully or partially refund your shipping fee—no questions asked.
